Over the years, he has appeared on major outlets including the History Channel, BBC, SiriusXM, CBS News, PBS, and numerous other national and international platforms.
Michelle Lam is an award-winning public relations professional specializing in the beverage and hospitality industries. A recipient of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) awards, she focuses her interviews on a wide range of spirits and beverages, exploring their flavors, production methods, and trends.
